How Pallas Investor Deals Works

    Pick your states, strategy, price range and how you pay. It takes about two minutes.

    Get matching deals

    When we have a property that fits, you get the deal sheet by text and email. Buyers who have closed with us before see deals first.

    Walk the property

    Schedule a walkthrough, check the condition and confirm your repair budget.

  4. 04

    Sign and close

    Send your offer with proof of funds. Once it is accepted, you sign the contract, put down earnest money and close with a title company.

Does it cost anything to join Pallas Investor Deals?

No. Joining is free, and there is no membership or subscription. You only pay for a property you decide to buy.

Do I need proof of funds?

Yes, before we accept an offer. A bank statement, a lender pre-approval or a hard money commitment letter all work. Buyers with proof of funds on file hear about new deals sooner.

Can I use hard money or private financing?

Yes, as long as your lender can close on the timeline in the deal sheet. Many of our buyers use hard money or private money.

How much earnest money is required?

It is set for each deal and listed on the deal sheet before you make an offer.

Are the properties sold as-is?

Yes. We share our repair estimate, but you should walk the property and confirm the numbers yourself before you sign.
